With the door anchor you anchor your elastic band securely between almost any door and the frame. By changing position you imitate various fitness training exercises.
The door anchor has been developed in such a way that you can place the anchor on the side, top and also at the bottom between the door and the frame or floor.

How should I use the door anchor?
Step 1
Take the door anchor and open the door.
Step 2
Place the anchorage of the door anchor behind the frame. The loop of the door anchor is on the same side as where you want to do the exercises.
Step 3
Close the door. Make sure that the anchor is not between the door and the frame. Pull the loop so that the door anchor locks into place.
Step 4
Pass the fitness elastics through the loop.
Step 5
Attach 1 or 2 handles (depending on the exercise) to the D-ring of the fitness elastics. It is possible to attach the door anchor to the door in several places (top, bottom and side).
