The multifunctional chin-up bar transforms an ordinary door frame into its place for training arms, backs and abs.
The pull-up bar is easy to install and only requires screwing two caps into the door frame. The pull-up bar can then be clamped in between and can therefore also be stored again after use, so that it does not get stuck in the door frame. To use the chin-up bar as an abdominal trainer, it can be attached at the bottom of the door frame. In this way the feet can be anchored behind the bar for an intensive sit-up or crunch session.
The Pull-Up bar is suitable for frames from 64 to 100 cm. Screws and rubber locking caps are also included. These are optional if the bar has to be able to handle more than 100KG. Below 100KG, the rod can be extended powerfully and clamps sufficiently without the locking caps.
The bar is made of chrome-plated steel and has foam rubber handles that prevent slipping. In addition, the bar has rubber on the ends, which gives a grip on the door frame!
